What if I'm a complete beginner?

Perfect — our curriculum is specifically designed for beginners. We start with the absolute basics: pronunciation, simple greetings, and fundamental vocabulary. A free assessment places you at the right level, and our professors guide you through each step. Many of our students started with zero language experience.

Can I learn both English and Spanish?

Absolutely. Many students do both. You'll need separate plans for each language, but we offer a discount when you subscribe to English and Spanish simultaneously. Progress is tracked separately for each language.

What technology do I need for lessons?

We use Zoom for all live lessons, so you can join from any device — computer, tablet, or smartphone. No special software needed. You'll receive a Zoom link for each scheduled lesson via email.

Professors & Lessons

How are the live professors certified?

All professors hold bachelor's degrees in their native language or education, have 5+ years of teaching experience, and are certified through programs like TESOL (for English) or equivalent Spanish teaching certifications. They're hand-selected and trained in our teaching methodology.

How do I schedule lessons with professors?

After you join, you'll get access to our scheduling system where you can see available time slots and book directly. You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the lesson. Premium students get priority scheduling and can book further in advance.

What happens if I miss a class?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a lesson are fully refunded as a credit toward another lesson. Same-day cancellations or no-shows count toward your monthly allowance. Your professor will leave notes from the lesson plan in your account so you don't fall behind.

AI Tutor

How does the AI tutor work exactly?

Our AI tutor uses natural language processing to have realistic conversations with you. It understands context, corrects grammar mistakes, provides pronunciation feedback through voice analysis, and adapts difficulty based on your performance. Think of it as a study partner that's always available — 24/7.

Can my professor see my AI tutor sessions?

Yes — your professor can review summaries of your AI conversations, your problem areas, and your progress so they can tailor live lessons to where you actually need help. Raw conversation data stays private to you and your professor.

Pricing & Plans

Can I switch between plans anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-month, you'll receive a prorated credit for your current plan.

What's your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. After 7 days, you can cancel anytime without penalties. Unused lessons from monthly allowances roll over up to 3 months.

Do you offer group or corporate rates?

Account & App

How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen and you'll receive a reset link by email. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or email support@speakeverything.com.

Is there an iPhone or iPad app?

Yes — the I Speak Everything iOS app is available on the App Store and supports iPhone and iPad. Your account, progress, and AI tutor sessions sync across web and mobile.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Web/Stripe subscriptions can be cancelled from the account portal at speakeverything.com/account. iOS subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID — Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
